About our service
ZEEMAKS APARTMENTS is an apartment property at 1013 Block B, Lake City Meadows (Old State Life Society), Near LGS School, Lahore, Pakistan. Through this website we provide one service: an online room-booking service that lets you reserve and prepay for a room with us directly, without going through an agent or a booking aggregator.
A digital service — nothing is shipped
Our service is a room reservation, not a physical product. There is no item to post or courier, no shipping, no delivery address and no shipping charge. The service is delivered electronically: as soon as your payment is successfully processed, your booking is confirmed on screen, a booking reference is issued, and your reservation details are sent to the email address you provided.
How the booking service works
- 1
Search available rooms
Enter your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests on the home page or on the rooms page. Only rooms that are actually free for those dates are offered, and you can filter by room type and guest capacity.
- 2
Select your room
Open a room to see its photos, size, capacity, amenities, nightly rate and guest reviews, then choose it for your dates. Prices can be shown in your own currency using the selector in the header.
- 3
Confirm dates and guests
Set or adjust your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests. The number of nights and the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees, are calculated and shown to you before you pay.
- 4
Provide your details
Enter the details needed to register your stay: the guest first and last name, a contact number, and your CNIC, passport or driving licence with its number. The check-in details (father or husband name, nationality and permanent address) are optional: you can fill them in now so check-in is quicker, or give them at the desk on arrival. An email address is optional but recommended, because it is where your written confirmation is sent. You can book as a guest or sign in to your account.
- 5
Check the extras and the deposit
Add an airport pick-up if you want one — it is shown as its own line and can be removed at any point before you pay. The refundable security deposit is included on every booking made here and is listed separately from the room charges, so you can see exactly what is a cost and what is returned to you.
- 6
Pay online securely
Your room is held while you are taken to the secure hosted checkout of our payment processor, PayFast, where you pay by card, bank account or mobile wallet. Payment details are entered on the processor's own secure page, never on ours.
- 7
Receive your confirmation
The payment result is verified on our server. Once a successful payment is verified, your booking status becomes confirmed, your booking reference is issued on the confirmation page, and your reservation details are emailed to you if you provided an address.
Availability and confirmation
Room availability and rates shown on the website are live at the time you search, and all bookings are subject to availability at the moment payment is completed.
- Selecting a room does not reserve it. Your room is held only for a short period once you start payment, and that hold expires automatically if payment is not completed
- A room is reserved for you only once a successful payment has been verified and your booking has been confirmed
- The payment result is confirmed to us directly by the payment processor and verified on our server. A browser redirect on its own is never treated as proof of payment or of a confirmed booking
- If a room can no longer be honoured for your dates at the moment payment completes, no confirmed booking is issued and the transaction is handled as set out in our Refund Policy
Payment for the service
Rooms are prepaid: paying online in full is what confirms the booking and secures the room for your dates.
- All rates and totals are set and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices shown in another currency are converted at a recent exchange rate for guidance only — the amount taken by your bank is the PKR amount
- The total shown to you before payment includes the nightly rate for the nights selected, plus any applicable taxes and fees
- Payments are processed on the secure hosted checkout of our payment processor, PayFast. We do not collect, see or store your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, wallet credentials or bank login details
- We store only the payment outcome and the transaction reference against your booking, so we can verify it and answer any query about it
- Any charge applied by your own bank, card issuer or wallet provider for the transaction is a matter between you and that provider
Optional extras: airport pick-up and drop-off
Airport pick-up and drop-off between Lahore Airport and the property can be arranged on request. Current rates are per trip, one way:
- Standard Sedan — PKR 2,000 per trip, one way
- Toyota Revo 4x4 — PKR 3,500 per trip, one way
A transfer is an optional extra you may add to your booking while booking. If you add one, it is shown as a separate line and included in the total charged online, alongside your room. If you do not add one, nothing is charged for a transfer and your booking covers the room alone. You can remove a transfer at any point before you pay.
Adding a transfer reserves the charge, not a specific vehicle, driver or time. After booking, contact our team with your booking reference and flight details so the timing can be confirmed with you. If we cannot provide the transfer you booked, the charge for it is returned to you.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit of PKR 4,000 applies to every stay. On a booking made on this website it is required and is included in the total you pay, shown as its own line before you confirm. For a booking made by phone or through a travel platform it is arranged with our team and may be collected at check-in instead.
A deposit is held, not charged
The deposit is not a fee, not a charge for the room, and not part of the price of your stay. It is an amount held against the apartment for the duration of your stay and returned to you after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected, less any deductions that apply.
The deposit covers, and may be deducted against:
- Damage to the apartment, its furniture, fixtures, appliances or furnishings
- Missing property or inventory, including keys, access cards and remotes
- Excessive cleaning caused by misuse, spills, stains, smoking or a breach of the house rules
- Charges arising from a violation of the house rules set out below, including smoking inside the apartment and unauthorised events
- An approved late check-out, or an unauthorised one
The deposit is returned after check-out and inspection of the apartment. Where it was paid online it is returned by the same route it was received; where it was paid in cash at the property it is returned in cash. If damage or other charges exceed the deposit, the deposit does not cap what is owed and the balance remains payable by the guest.
Because it is refundable, the deposit is shown as its own line on your booking summary and on your invoice, separately from the room charges and from any tax. It is not part of the non-refundable amount described in our Refund Policy.
Electronic delivery of your booking
Your reservation is delivered to you electronically, immediately after a successful payment is verified. You receive:
- An on-screen booking confirmation showing your booking reference, room, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and the total paid
- A confirmation email with the same reservation details, sent to the email address you provided at booking
- A notification to our team, so your room is prepared for your arrival
- If you booked as a guest without an account, a personal booking access link you can save to view your booking later without signing up
If you did not provide an email address
An email address is optional on this website. If you booked without one, no confirmation email can be sent, so please save the booking reference shown on the confirmation page. You can retrieve your booking at any time on Find my booking using that reference together with the CNIC you booked with.
If the confirmation email does not arrive
Please check your spam or junk folder first. Your booking does not depend on the email: the confirmed status held in our records is what secures your room, and you can always verify it on Find my booking or in My bookings if you booked with an account. Contact us and we will resend your confirmation.
What counts as successful service delivery
Our online service is fully delivered at the point where a successful payment has been verified, your booking has been confirmed and your booking reference has been issued to you. From that moment the room is reserved and held for the dates booked, and the amount paid is non-refundable under our Refund Policy.
Your stay itself is then provided by us on the dates booked, on presentation of the CNIC used for the booking.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Early access cannot be guaranteed unless it has been confirmed by management in advance.
Check-out
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests must vacate the apartment and return the keys and access devices by the scheduled check-out time.
Late check-out
Late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved by management in advance. The applicable late check-out fee is PKR 1,000 per additional hour. An unauthorised late check-out may result in additional charges, particularly where it delays cleaning, maintenance or the arrival of another guest.
Identification and registration
Every guest staying at the property must provide the required identification information before or during check-in. That is why the booking form asks for it: giving it while you book means your arrival is a signature rather than a form.
The primary guest must provide:
- Full legal name, and father or husband name
- A valid CNIC or national ID, passport, or other accepted identification, with its number and its expiry date where the document shows one
- Nationality
- A contact mobile or WhatsApp number, and an email address where one is available
- Permanent (home) address
- Vehicle registration number, if a vehicle is being brought to the property
- Names and details of additional guests, where required
Guests may be refused check-in if the required identification cannot be provided, or if the information provided does not match the reservation or the registration requirements. The property may maintain guest registration records for operational, security, legal and regulatory purposes. What we do with the information you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
As part of registration, our team may take a scan or photograph of the identification presented and keep it, together with the signed check-in and stay agreement and any other document connected with the stay, on the booking record. Copies are taken by our staff at the desk or when they record your booking; you are never asked to upload one through this website. Only authorised staff can open them, and they are kept and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Occupancy and additional guests
- Only the number of guests declared in the reservation, or approved by management, may stay in the apartment
- Guests may not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of the apartment, which is shown on every room page and enforced by the booking form
- Any additional overnight guest must be disclosed to and approved by management before staying at the property, and may require an additional charge
- The guest who made the booking is responsible for making sure everyone in their party complies with these terms and with the house rules
Visitors
Visitors are permitted only in accordance with the property's visitor policy and the applicable building security requirements. Management or building security may require a visitor to:
- Provide identification
- Register at the building entrance
- Be accompanied by the registered guest
- Leave the property by the permitted time
Unregistered visitors may not be permitted to enter or to stay overnight. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of every visitor they invite to the property.
Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and e-cigarettes, shisha and hookah, and any other smoking or burning product. Smoking is permitted only outside the building, subject to the building and security rules.
Smoking inside the apartment may result in charges for odour removal, deep cleaning, cleaning of linen and furniture, damage to furnishings, or other reasonable restoration costs. The applicable amount may be deducted from the security deposit, or charged separately where no deposit is held or where the cost exceeds it.
Prohibited activities
The following are strictly prohibited at the property:
- Parties or unauthorised events
- Excessive noise or disturbances
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Drug use or possession
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Commercial activities without prior written approval
- Unauthorised photography or video production for commercial purposes
- Any activity that violates building regulations or applicable law
- Any activity that creates a safety, security or nuisance concern for other residents or guests
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action where these rules are violated.
No parties or events
The apartment is intended for accommodation. Parties, celebrations, gatherings, events and functions involving additional people are not permitted unless they have been specifically approved by management in advance.
The guest may be responsible for additional cleaning, damage, security or other costs resulting from an unauthorised event. Serious violations may result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable law and to the policies of the booking platform the reservation was made through.
Noise and quiet hours
Guests must respect the other residents and occupants of the building. Excessive noise, loud music, shouting and other disturbances are prohibited at any time.
Quiet hours are observed overnight. The exact hours are set by building management and are confirmed to you at check-in, along with any further noise restrictions that apply. Repeated complaints may result in warnings, in charges, or in termination of the stay where that is permitted.
Damage, loss and missing items
Guests are responsible for the apartment and for the furniture, appliances, fixtures, keys, access cards, remotes and other property provided during their stay. Any damage, malfunction or missing item must be reported to management immediately.
The guest may be charged for:
- Damage caused during the stay
- Lost keys, access cards or remotes
- Missing property or inventory
- Broken furniture or appliances
- Stains or damage requiring specialist cleaning
- Excessive cleaning caused by misuse or by a breach of the house rules
- Damage caused by the guest or by their visitors
Normal wear and tear is not treated as guest damage.
Keys, access cards and remotes
- Keys, access cards, remotes and any other access device must be kept secure
- They must be returned at check-out, as instructed
- Lost or damaged access devices may result in replacement charges
- Access devices must not be duplicated, transferred, or given to an unauthorised person
Cleanliness and housekeeping
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay, and should:
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Avoid damaging furniture, walls, linens and appliances
- Use appliances responsibly
- Avoid leaving food waste that may attract pests
- Keep balconies and shared areas clean, where applicable
- Follow any housekeeping instructions given by management
Excessive cleaning caused by misuse, parties, smoking, spills, stains or any other violation may result in additional charges.
Linens, towels and property items
Towels, linens, kitchen items, appliances, furniture and other belongings provided by the property must remain inside the apartment unless their removal has been specifically permitted. Guests must not remove property items from the apartment.
Items that are lost, damaged, stained or intentionally misused may be charged to the guest.
Appliances and utilities
- Electrical appliances, air conditioning, heating, water fixtures and other equipment must be used responsibly
- Please switch off unnecessary appliances and lights when leaving the apartment
- Any unusual malfunction, leak, electrical issue or safety concern should be reported to management immediately
- Guests should not attempt unauthorised repairs or modifications
Maintenance and access to the apartment
Management or authorised staff may need access to the apartment for emergencies, maintenance or repairs, safety inspections, required housekeeping, resolving a reported issue, or other necessary property operations. Where it is reasonably possible, advance notice will be given.
In an emergency, or in a situation involving an immediate safety or security concern, access may be required without prior notice.
Security and personal belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay, and should lock doors and secure windows when leaving the apartment.
The property does not assume responsibility for money, jewellery, electronics, documents, luggage, vehicles or other personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left unattended, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law. Parking availability does not imply that the property assumes responsibility for a vehicle, or for belongings left inside it.
Internet and Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience and is subject to availability. Internet availability and speed may vary because of service-provider or technical issues.
The guest agrees not to use the internet connection for illegal activity, copyright infringement, fraud, harassment, unauthorised access to systems, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law.
Building and security rules
Guests must follow all applicable building rules and the instructions given by building management and security. These may cover parking, lifts, visitors, noise, smoking, security, common areas, waste disposal and access control.
Failure to comply with the building rules may result in action by building management or security, by the property management team, or by both.
Emergencies
In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service first and then notify property management. Guests should familiarise themselves with the location of the emergency exits and follow the building evacuation instructions.
- Property management: +92 301 5810609 (calls and WhatsApp)
- Property landline: +92 42 37817999
- Building security, and the nearest emergency exit, are pointed out to you at check-in
Cancellation and refund terms
Cancellation, refund, modification and no-show terms vary depending on where the booking was made and on the rate plan it was made under.
- For a booking made on this website, the cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking apply, as set out in full in our Refund Policy
- For a reservation made through a booking platform, the reservation terms of that platform and the confirmed booking conditions apply
- A refundable security deposit is unaffected by any of this: it is returned after check-out and inspection, less any applicable deductions
The full position for bookings made here is in our Refund Policy.
Bookings made through a booking platform
For a reservation made through Airbnb, Booking.com or another travel platform, the guest agrees to comply with both the applicable platform's terms and policies and the property's house rules and stay requirements, as set out on this page.
Where applicable, the procedures of that platform are followed for disputes, cancellations, refunds, damages and other reservation matters.
Check-out requirements
Before leaving the property, guests are asked to:
- Take all personal belongings
- Switch off lights and unnecessary appliances
- Turn off taps
- Close and lock doors and windows
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Return keys, access cards and remotes
- Tell management about any damage or maintenance issue
- Complete check-out by 12:00 PM

Guest acknowledgement
By completing a booking, and by signing the check-in and stay agreement on arrival, the guest confirms that:
- The information they provided is accurate
- They have provided valid identification as required, and understand that a copy of it and of the signed agreement may be kept with their booking record
- They understand that standard check-in is 3:00 PM and standard check-out is 12:00 PM
- They understand that late check-out is subject to approval and is charged at PKR 1,000 per hour
- They understand that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and is permitted only outside the building, in accordance with the applicable rules
- They understand the PKR 4,000 security deposit requirement, where it applies
- They accept responsibility for damage, loss or additional costs caused by them, by members of their party, or by their visitors
- They agree to follow the house rules and the applicable building and security regulations
- They have had the opportunity to ask questions about the policies that apply to their stay
- They understand that serious or repeated violations may result in additional charges, or in termination of the stay where that is permitted by applicable law and by the rules of the booking platform used
A printed copy of the check-in and stay agreement is signed by the primary guest on arrival. The terms on this page are the terms of that agreement, published here so they can be read in full before a booking is made rather than for the first time at the desk.
Your responsibilities as a customer
The booking is created from the information you enter, so please make sure it is correct and complete before you pay. You are responsible for:
- Entering the guest name and CNIC exactly as they appear on the CNIC that will be presented at check-in
- Providing a phone number you can be reached on, and a correct email address if you want a written confirmation
- Selecting the correct check-in and check-out dates, room and number of guests, and checking the total before you pay
- Ensuring the number of guests does not exceed the capacity of the room you book
- Reviewing the full booking summary before completing payment, as a successful payment is non-refundable
- Keeping your booking reference, booking access link and account password confidential
- Using a payment method you are authorised to use, and not attempting a fraudulent or duplicate booking
- Complying with the property's rules and applicable law during your stay
We are not able to accept responsibility for a booking made for the wrong dates, the wrong room or in a name that does not match the CNIC presented at check-in. If you spot such a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we will always try to help where we reasonably can, but any correction is at our discretion and subject to availability, and does not create any entitlement to a refund.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
A confirmed booking is a prepaid, non-refundable booking. Cancelling a booking, or not arriving, releases the room but does not make the payment refundable. Requests to change the dates or room of a confirmed booking are handled at our discretion and depend on availability.
The full position on refunds, failed payments and amounts debited without a confirmation is set out in our Refund Policy, which applies to every booking made on this website.
Website and service availability
We aim to keep the booking service available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by circumstances outside our control. We may also decline or not confirm a booking attempt where there is an obvious error, a technical fault, or a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised payment. Where a booking is not confirmed, no confirmed booking exists and the transaction is handled as described in our Refund Policy.
Support and problem resolution
If anything about your booking does not look right, or your confirmation or payment status is unclear, please contact us. It helps if you have your booking reference, the guest name and CNIC used for the booking, and the date, time and amount of the payment to hand.
